Sponsored Content Policy
Most articles published on Post For My Business are paid, promotional content submitted by a business. Some content is staff-authored platform content and is not sponsored.
What "Sponsored" Means Here
When a business purchases Single Post, Assisted Post, or a Monthly Publisher article credit — including a complimentary credit we grant directly, which is still promotional content submitted at that business's direction — and that article is published, it is clearly labeled Sponsored on the article page and in our article feeds. That label means the business paid for or directed the placement of that specific article.
Platform Content Is Not Sponsored
Post For My Business also occasionally publishes staff-authored platform content — for example, editorial features, launch announcements, or complimentary placements we create ourselves, with no article credit and no business submission behind them. This content is not labeled Sponsored, because no business paid for or submitted it. Appearing on Post For My Business, on its own, does not mean an article is sponsored — only the label itself indicates that.
Editorial Review Is Not an Endorsement
Manual editorial review confirms a submission meets our editorial guidelines — accuracy of stated facts, supportable claims, appropriate content, and disclosure. It does not mean Post For My Business endorses, recommends, or vouches for the business, its products, or its services — for sponsored and platform content alike.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or any other business outcome from a published article, sponsored or otherwise.
