Refunds & Cancellations

  • An unused, unreserved article credit can be automatically revoked if its purchase is refunded.
  • A credit already reserved to an in-progress submission, or already consumed by a published article, is not automatically released or restored if its purchase is refunded — we review that manually before deciding what happens next.
  • Once we've delivered an Assisted Post draft, the writing service has been performed. If you later decline it or a submission is rejected after delivery, the credit is not automatically returned.
  • Monthly Publisher is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can publish on Post For My Business?

Any business can create an account and publish. If you manage marketing for more than one business — for example, as an agency — you can add each business to your account and publish on their behalf; there's no separate account required per business.

Is published content labeled as sponsored?

Articles submitted and paid for by a business are labeled as sponsored content on the article page. Staff-authored platform content with no business submission or payment behind it is not labeled sponsored. See our Sponsored Content Policy for the full explanation.

What happens if my Standard article is rejected?

A Standard (Single Post or Monthly Publisher) rejection, for any reason, releases your reserved credit back to your account so it can be used again — it is never forfeited.

Do I have to write the article myself?

With Single Post and Monthly Publisher, you write and submit the article yourself. With Assisted Post, you tell us the topic and give us a brief instead — our team drafts the article for you and sends it back for your review. You get one included revision round, and you must approve the draft before it goes through editorial review. Purchasing Assisted Post does not guarantee unlimited revisions or publication.

How long can my article be?

Article bodies run 500–2,500 words.

Can I include an image?

Yes — one featured image is included per article.

What happens after I submit my article?

It enters editorial review. You may receive an approval or a revision request before publication. Purchasing a plan reserves a credit; it does not guarantee your article will be approved or published.

Will my article have a public URL?

Yes. Approved and published articles receive a public Post For My Business URL.

Do Monthly Publisher credits roll over?

No. Unused credits expire at the end of the applicable billing cycle — they do not carry over to the next one.

Does Monthly Publisher renew automatically?

Yes. Monthly Publisher is a subscription that bills $97/month and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Billing in your account; your subscription and its credits remain active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

What if I request a refund?

See Refunds & Cancellations below and our Terms of Service for the full policy. In short: an unused, unreserved credit can be revoked automatically if refunded, but a credit already reserved to an in-progress submission, already consumed by a published article, or funding Assisted Post work we've already delivered is not automatically reversed — those cases are reviewed manually.
